This is Janet Weir, with her neice Jean Gray and sister Jeannie Gray (nee Weir)

Jean's sister Elizabeth had this photo and she has written the names on it and said it was taken after they had planted a golden yew for their brother. I'm not sure who the brother was, but presume it was Janet and Jeannie's brother, I think it might have been Andrew.
