Jean was born Jean Wallace and was my Gran's bridesmaid.

Jean's grandmother was Jean Gray, sister to my Gran's mother, Agnes.

Agnes was 20 years younger than her sister Jean (in fact Agnes was aged 4 when she was bridesmaid to Jean) so Jean's children were roughly the same age as Agnes.
